B & D Storehouse is committed to your purchase meeting your basic and disaster preparedness needs. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. However, we do not accept returns on food items, unless it is defective or damaged.
If you have a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will be happy to replace the item promptly. Please call 281-769-3072 or 1-877-303-5001 for a Return Merchandise Authorization and Mailing label that will be e-mailed to you for returning your merchandise and upon receiving the returned product we will promptly send you a new item.
If you want a Refund instead, you must call to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization and you will be e-mailed a Mailing label with the address to return the merchandise in the original package.
Please give us 10 days for the item to be received and inspected. We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail regarding your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund for the purchase within 20-30 days of our receiving your return.
